Synopsis

The Night Before Chris Mouse

It's Christmas eve again, and the mice are looking forward to all the goodies that are usually left out on the table and in the stockings. To their surprise and dismay a Cat has taken up residence in the house! A meeting of all the mice of Mouse Town is called to order. The mice must decide how to get rid of The Cat before they starve to death. Professor Limburger's plan is put into action and fails. Then General Eisenmouser's plan also fails. Desperate, the Mayor of Mouse Town allows Christopher Mouse, the church mouse, to implement his plan. Christopher Mouse's plan is to put a bell on The Cat's neck so they can hear him and run in time to safety. He succeeds and becomes the acclaimed hero of Mouse Town. In his honor the day goes down in history as "Chris Mouse Eve", the day to celebrate their deliverance from the terror of The Cat.
