  2. This is correct in the long run BUT today you first have to earn money and
only then do whatever you want. This works only in USA and with extremely
talented people who extermely love their job. Who has bigger chances to get
to the 1st million software developer or French literature major ?

  3. All these negative comments and you wonder why you don’t/won’t have a job
you want be positive! Being negative will only bring negative things if you
don’t believe what you want to do no one will.

  4. for once, when it actually looks like he’s talking out the side of his
mouth (the vids out of sync with aud)- its not bullshit! haha!
thats the best advice and it should be repeated to 6yr olds until they
leave school- and not necessarily before grad either…glad the story ended
well for his buddy. it started to sound like the guy went back and died of
a heart attack. masterful story telling from a consumate bullshit artist!

  5. So true however, one needs the money and business plan “smarts”..needs to
know how to run a business to start one and generate
customers/clients/guests….hmmmm…sometimes you just have to do it
though..especially when you really have nothing to lose.

  6. Bill Gates and Warren Buffet all said the same thing. do what you love if
you want to be successful. this sounds like common sense but not many
people do it. some people are too busy with their lives and they don’t have
enough time or money to do what they love. that’s truly sad. you only live
once and you are doing the shitty job you hate until you get too old to
start over again. just gotta follow your heart. don’t live for money or
    anyone else but yourself.

  7. WHAT A PRIZE PRICK, NOT A FRIEND IN THE WORLD TO TELL HIM THE WORLDS
LAUGHING AT HIM. ALL HIS DADDYS WEALTH AND CANT BUY THE ONE THING HE NEEDS
    , A HUG.

  8. This is partially B.S. There are certain careers, that no matter how much
you love them, it just won’t work. Like, being a fine artist or painter. Or
an actor or a musician. Sure, some people make it, but very very very few
can live only off of that. And how much a person loves to sing or dance or
paint or act doesn’t matter at a certain point. The advice “do what you
love” is something EVERY one of us millennial are doing, and so many of us
are ending up at Starbucks taking coffee orders because we majored in that
thing that we love, which happens to be philosophy, or anthropology or
music. But it’s impractical and only the top percent make it in those
careers. If the world has a small need for a certain career and the supply
(number of people) who feel passionate about that career is high, only the
    top 1% will make it.

Obviously it’s better to find a career you don’t hate. Better to find a
career that you like and that you are good at. Sometimes passion and a love
of your career can be built on and developed from there. Unless there is a
strong strong mismatch with your chosen career and you, a love of your
career must come from the inside, not the outside.
