  2. In the beginning, this feels a little bit too intellectual…but hang in
    there! There’s some real wisdom in how to approach careers and career
    change. (A shout out to my colleague Ken Mattsson for his tweet that
    brought this to my attention.)

  3. CAREER DEVELOPMENT: This video offers a great discussion about how older
    techniques such as creating a “5-year plan” for your career often fail, and
    how we can do better if we learn to manage change, complexity, and career
    opportunity. I love how this approach dovetails with what I’ve seen from my
